How Much Does Staging Cost?

VACANT HOME STAGING

Getting your listing buyer ready is critical to the speed of your sale! For vacant stagings, we offer complimentary consultations and determine a design plan. Our pricing for stagings is based on the square footage of staged space, and our price points begin at $1/sq ft plus labor fees determined at the consultation.

OCCUPIED PLUS

Trying to add a little more cohesion and brightness to your listing? We offer Occupied Plus Staging where we walk through your space, determine areas that need editing and decluttering, and offer a plan that may include some updated furnishings and decor. Occupied Plus Stagings estimates are also based on the square footage of staged space and begin at $0.75/sf plus labor fees determined at the consultation.

HOW MUCH DOES INTERIOR DESIGN COST?

Before we cast an overall estimate of the project, we schedule an on-site consultation visit where we really spend time in your space. Our consultation fees are $250. Once we determine the scope of work, we send you an overall project scope that details the goals, the services needed and pricing.
